Designed for use in mineral oil lubrication systems

Key features:
- Built-in check valve for single-line systems equipped with injectors or non-volumetric metering valves:
  operating pressure 10 Bar (145 PSI) 
- Built-in release valve for supplying volumetric metering valves in intermittent systems:
  operating pressure < 50 Bar (725 PSI)
- Built-in check valve for supplying progressive metering elements:
  operating pressure > 20 Bar (290 PSI)
- Storage Temperature: -20 °C ÷ +50 °C (-4 °F ÷ +122 °F)
- Working Temperature: +5°C ÷ +40 °C (+ 41 °F ÷ +104 °F)
- Flow rate: 350 cm³ / min (21.35 cu.in. / min) - 500 cm³ / min (30.51 cu.in. / min)
- Oil Viscosity: 15 ÷ 1000 cSt (73.31 ÷ 4628 SUS)
- Protection grade: IP 55

 


This series of motor-driven gear pumps is particularly suitable for supplying lubrication systems.

Three basic versions are available:

- RESTRICTOR & INJECTOR SYSTEM
Features a built-in check valve and is designed for single-line lubrication systems equipped with injectors or non-volumetric metering valves.
Operating pressure: 10 Bar (145 PSI) in continuous or intermittent service.

- 33V SYSTEM
Features a built-in pressure-relief valve and is designed to supply volumetric metering valves in intermittent lubrication systems.
Operating pressure: < 50 Bar (725 PSI) in intermittent service.

- PROGRESSIVE SYSTEM
Features a built-in check valve and is designed to supply progressive metering elements. Operating pressure: > 20 Bar (290 PSI).
