DropsA has officially begun its journey towards UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification, the Italian reference standard for Gender Equality Management Systems.

This step does not arise from an obligation, but from a firm belief: valuing differences, promoting equity and fostering inclusion are an integral part of the values that have always defined us — innovation, professionalism, trust and mutual respect — and which are already clearly expressed in our Code of Ethics.

What does this mean in practical terms?

- A Gender Equality and Inclusion Policy, approved by Management and shared across all levels of the company.

- A dedicated Steering Committee, responsible for monitoring objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs) and the improvement plan across the six areas covered by the standard: culture and strategy, governance, HR processes, growth opportunities, pay equity, parenthood support and work-life balance.

- A review of HR processes — including recruitment, training, performance assessment and reward systems — in accordance with the principles of equity, transparency and non-discrimination.

- The strengthening of the work-life balance measures already in place, with particular attention to parenthood support.

- Training for all employees on Gender Equality, inclusion and the prevention of harassment and discrimination.

What do we ask of you?

Certification is an organisational goal, but Gender Equality is built through our everyday behaviour: in the language we use, in the respect we show to our colleagues and in reporting any situation that is not aligned with our values.

A confidential reporting channel is available at https://dropsa.integrityline.com, ensuring confidentiality and protection for anyone submitting a report.

Further communications will follow in the coming weeks, providing details of the initiatives and opportunities for involvement.

Diversity is a strength. Inclusion is a choice.
