Code of Ethics

DropsA Group Code of Ethics defines the main values that guide the actions carried out by DropsA. 

All DropsA employees, together with those who work to achieve its objectives, are required to comply with the principles of the Code of Ethics.

DropsA's values are set in the Code of Ethics, approved by the Management on 26 January 2023.

In general, all DropsA employees, as well as all those who operate in Italy and abroad for the achievement of DropsA's objectives, each in the framework of their own functions and responsibilities, are bound to observe the principles contained in the Code of Ethics.

The Code contains concrete rules of conduct, so that the principles contained therein can be a practical guide in business operations.

The Code of Ethics applies to all companies controlled by DropsA, directly and indirectly, in Italy and abroad.
