DualLine CONTROL is a control device for dual-line lubrication systems with recirculation, designed for medium and large SUMO II and Mini-SUMO II systems.

DualLine CONTROL offers a wide range of features designed to ensure efficient and reliable control of dual-line lubrication systems.
The main features include:

- Integrated LCD display, intuitive and easy to use, for system diagnostics and configuration.
- Advanced diagnostic system for monitoring operations and managing alarms.
- Management of Lubrication and Pause phases through programmable timers.
- Output relay for general alarm, configurable as a constant signal to allow a remote PLC to identify the nature of the alarm.
- Input for minimum lubricant level.
- Maximum level control (function available on some models).
- Separate signaling for minimum level alarm and general alarm.
- Line inversion management for dual-line systems, with electromagnetic or pneumatic actuators (depending on the DualLine Control code).
- Automatic lubricant refilling management (function available on some models).
- Local / remote operating mode selection (function available on some models).
- Remote cycle start: if the device is set to remote mode, it is possible to start or stop the lubrication phase (function available on some models).


All configuration parameters can be set via the Setup menu, accessible from the LCD display using the keys on the front panel.
No complex programming is required.
