VIP4AIR 4.0-SModule is the new generation in the volumetric micro-dosing of Air/Oil.

The system is characterized by its modularity, which allows for the utilization of up to 4 mixing bases (8 mini-pumps/outputs), managed independently through IO-LINK communication.

This feature offers the ability to manage the mini-pumps separately, therefore, controlling various lubrication cycles.

Each module of the system must be connected via IO-LINK communication to an external PLC, which has the task to manage the cycle of a single solenoid valve (two for air and two for oil) according to the size of lubrication system.

The PLC also ensures that the lubricant is provided in a proper method, and consistently monitors the output pressure. Therefore, it is possible to obtain an optimal Air/Oil micro-lubrication with a high level of precision and efficiency.

VIP4AIR 4.0-SModule is ideal for the lubrication of high-speed bearings, spindles, and gears of the various types of machine tools.
